Your body - the 20s

I’m 21 and I party as a normal person my age, but I also take care of myself. One of the suggestions made on the article that I follow are:

- I sleep more than 6 hours a day, which allows me to do many activities during the day without feeling too tired.
- I eat vegetables and fruit every day. I also bought vitamin C and I take it every morning.
- I try to exercise every week. So I often play football with my friends. I also practice some skateboarding whenever I can.
